When TV archeology people start digging up a mound at the playground in Buster's town, they unwittingly set free the Winter King, who freezes nearly everyone there. The Winter King wants to start a new ice age in the middle of summer vacation.
It's up to Buster and his Fake Cousin (?) Polly to find a way to save the world.
