The Boy is Back, Meg Cabot
Nov. 13th, 2017 11:15 pmAfter an unfortunate golf cart accident on prom night, Reed left town--and Becky. Now it's ten years later and Reed is a professional golfer. His parents are in trouble, so he goes back to his hometown to help.
Of course, Reed and Becky have never gotten over each other.
This is a modern version of the epistolary novel, which means it's kind of hard to stop reading.
I was compelled while reading to put the book down and write a poem, so that was new.
Meg Cabot's romance novels manage to make me feel goood without making me feel like I will die unloved, which is nice.
