Georgia Nicholson is a rare young-adult protagonist in that she doesn't have real problems to concentrate on (her parents aren't even divorced), so most of her life is obsessing about boys. Luckily, this is pretty funny when taken in small doses.
The American title for this volume is Away Laughing on a Fast Camel, which I suppose makes as much sense as this one, which also seems to refer to nothing in the actual goddamn text.
Also I don't know how the British editions of things keep popping up at my library's book sale.
